Internships versus Cadetships

The benefits of internships as part of a formal study program arewidely understood and can really help a student's employability on graduating. Cadetships, on the other hand, are less well understood.Obtaining a cadetship takes a lot more planning and the application process is tight, but the benefits are definitely worth it in the end.

An article I recently contributed to and was published in the Careers section of newspapers nationally explains the differences between internships and cadetships more fully. The version appeared in the Courier Mail on 26 October 2013 (page 11).
