APM lecturers are selected for their industry experience and ability to teach. Each lecturer has their own style of teaching and method for helping students gain new skills. This adds to the diversity of the learning experience. Like in the workplace, at APM, students encounter different means and ways of learning.

Students are encouraged to think of lecturers as peers and mentors. The interaction with, and access to lecturers is a critical part of the learning process and they often become a critical part of a graduate’s professional networks once they are in the workplace.
