Adrian's thoughts on his time at APM are below:
- What made you choose to study at APM?
APM's reputation, their successful internship program and the fact that lecturers were practitioners.
- What were you doing previously to studying at
APM?
Trade as a Pastry Chef, completed my trade in 2005.
- What did you enjoy about the course you studied?
I thought everything was great however the opportunity to be educated by practitioners and participate in real life campaigns were two key highlights.
- What was your goal when you enrolled at APM?
Graduate with a credit average, leverage the networking opportunities that APM facilitates, meet new people and make a heap of friends!
- What is your current job title, company name and
job description?
Account Coordinator, Brass Tacks.
- How did you find your current job?
Through my internship program. I was fortunate enough to complete my internship with an excellent agency and team. Although they didn't have a position available at the time they recommended me to one of their sister agencies within the Photon Group.
- What were the most successful aspects of the APM
courses?
Definitely the internship program!
- What advice do you have for other APM students
hoping to break into your field?
I strongly believe that you only get out what you put in. I think all students should maximise all the opportunities that APM offers. The course is very short so before you know it's all over!
