APM College of Business and Communication offers two qualifications specialising in Advertising:

So, which course is right for you?

The Bachelor of Business (Advertising) is a university recognised higher education course. Full-time students graduate in 2 years, and part-time students in 4 years and newly available through Online Learning (Distance Education). The emphasis is on a knowledge, as well as skill based, approach to learning. All lecturers are industry experts as well as experienced educators and the internship placement and career development module are major parts of your course.

The APM Advanced Diploma of Marketing and Advertising is a vocational course. This means that the focus is on skill-based learning and there are more hours spent doing practical, ‘hands-on’ tasks. Full-time students can graduate with the Advanced Diploma in 1 year (including over 200 hours of industry work experience).

Graduate, APM Training Institute, Advanced Diploma of Marketing specialising in Public Relations.
Current student, APM College of Business and Communication, Bachelor of Business (Public Relations).

There were many things that attracted me to APM – the accelerated course structure, on internship placement within the public relations industry, and the fact that students are taught by practicing industry professionals.

I really appreciated the way the college offered students great opportunities to network and make valuable contacts. Plus the fact that the college is strongly linked to the Public Relations Institute of Australia – that was extremely important to me.

I want to complete my APM College degree and ultimately gain my Masters in Communications. Long-term I see myself running my own consultancy. Anything is possible with an APM qualification!
