Matt Spiller I owned my own café in the UK which I sold when moving to Australia. I was still in the hospitality industry but looking for a new challenge. I wanted a formal qualification in Australia and went to one of APM’s open days and knew immediately it was the college for me. I really wanted to broaden my horizons and gain new knowledge.
