The Diploma of Leadership and Management (BSB51915) has been developed by industry professionals and endorsed by a number of industry bodies to equip you with the practical knowledge and skills required to step up and hit the ground running as a team leader or manager in small, medium or large organisation, across all industry sectors.

Providing a broad introduction to business management functions, you will learn and develop fundamental business skills, including financial, project and risk management, customer service and the ability and confidence to manage a team of employees.

The course is conducted via APM’s online learning portal, which offers the flexibilityof studying from home, in transit and around your work or family schedule. You’ll learn in a supportive and interactive online learning environment with lecturers on hand to answer your questions and support your learning.

Graduates of the Diploma of Leadership and Management (BSB51915) will have the knowledge and skills to secure a position in a small, medium or large sized business at a Supervisory or Management Level.
