This course has been developed for people wanting a career in business, marketing, or management - specialising in the advertising industry. It covers the essentials of marketing, business, public relations, and media, as well as looking at all the important elements that make up successful advertising agencies and integrated marketing communications agencies.

1-year evening study 2 nights per week plus the occasional Saturday.

The Advertising Federation of Australia advised on the content and has approved this course.

By successfully completing all components of this course, students will exit with 2 nationally endorsed qualifications:


BSB40701 Certificate IV in Business (Marketing)

BSB50701 Diploma of Business (Marketing) major in advertising
  • Graduates are entitled to use the letters Dip. Bus (Mktg) after their name.

  • This qualification contributes to the prestigious Certified Practicing Marketer status with the Australian Marketing Institute.
